Currently there are a number of open positions based out of India, majorly in Mangalore, Mysore, Bangalore, Chennai-SEZ, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad,Pune

Requirements are for Lead - Quality Assurance/Quality Assurance Manager/Principal Quality Programs –Information Security Audits/ Audit Program Manager/Quality Program Manager with extensive expertise in any of the following areas

Requirement: 2-15 yrs of any of the above mentioned skills

Requirement in Detail

1.Principal Quality Programs /vInformation Security Audits - 11-15 Yrs of experience is required- Plan, develop and implement org-level audit strategies with the objective of minimizing the Information security risks, achieving scalability, sustainability and improvements in information security requirements. Information security standards ISO 27001, ISO 31000 risk management standards, CISA (certified information systems auditor) foundation level, CISM/CISSP/CCIE/CCNA/COBIT/SOX/SSAE16.
2. Audit Program Manager - 7-9 yrs of experience is required - Plan and implement org-wide internal audits in any of the areas of delivery, information security, business continuity and service management. Independently manage internal audit programs, guide audit teams and report potential risks in the respective unit/ account/ project or initiative. Should possess sound implementation knowledge of various Quality management standards ( ISO 9001, ISO27001 , TL 9000/AS9100 , ISO 14001/18001, ISO20000 ) & quality models such as CMMI
3.Lead - Quality Assurance/Quality Assurance Manager - 3-10 yrs of experience is required - Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like CMMI, Six Sigma, PCMM,Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc.
4. Quality Program Manager - 8-10 yrs of experience is required - Creation and incorporating technology & business solutions, driving programs at organization level in engineering. Design and drive implementation of models / solutions for business requirements, establish approaches and publish process capability baseline for services. Corporate Excellence, Software Engineering, Process Management, Statistical Analysis techniques, Program Management.
